Cleaning Supplies
Corelogic Facility Services can purchase all consumable supplies that may be required for your facility.
Why it’s important:
Effectively managing and sourcing cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and air fresheners require a blend of inventory control, strategic purchasing, and potentially outsourcing to specialized providers to ensure consistent availability and cost savings.
Our Approach
- Establish Reorder Points: Set minimum stock levels for toilet paper, paper towels, and material for reordering and preventing last-minute emergencies.
- Use high-capacity dispensers: Install high-capacity, slow-feed, or touchless dispensers for paper towels and toilet paper to reduce the frequency of restocking and minimize waste.
- Track usage patterns: Analyze when and where items are used most. For instance, toilet paper should generally be replaced when the roll is at 25% or less to balance cost with availability.
- Organize Storage: Keep supplies in labeled, designated zones to ensure easy tracking and prevent over-purchasing.
Window Cleaning

Whether you have a single-story building or retail store front, CFS has the expertise to keep your windows looking their best. CFS uses window-specific cleaning methodology and specialized chemical solutions to remove accumulated dust, debris, fingerprints and streaks.
All exterior windows are done with the Tucker Pole 4-stage Pure Water system that encompasses sediment/carbon pre-filter.
Carpet Cleaning

An effective floor care program is our recommended approach for maintaining quality and prolong the life of your carpets.
Hot water extraction will remove any calcium and salt stains along with any dirt missed with regular vacuuming, helping prolong the life of your carpets.
Our Approach
Corelogic uses the Tennant E5 carpet extractor delivering maximum performance across the entire cleaning path.
It features dual overlapping spray jets, strong vacuum suction, an enhanced scrub brush, and low-effort pull-back operation.
Floor Stripping & Waxing
Why it’s important:
Floors are one of the first things your clients and staff will notice when they walk into your business/ Applying coats of floor wax helps protect your flooring to prevent damage from weather or abrasives used during the winter months.
Our Approach
Corelogic will work with you to determine the correct number of coats to ensure we deliver a result that is best for your specific flooring.
We completely scrub the floors using a swing machine to remove all debris, wet vacuum, then apply the appropriate number of coats of stripper.
We then neutralize the floor with water and mild soap, followed by an appropriate number of floor finishing coats.
